Con-Serv Ltd is a highly experienced firm of Building Services Consulting Engineers based just off M25/M40 in South Buckinghamshire. Our size allows us to provide a personal and efficient, high quality design consultancy service with a practical approach to all aspects of Building Services.

Established in 2001 by Graham Carter & Trevor Fuller, both of whom have over 25 years experience in the industry, we have continued to grow and adapt to the challenges of the current construction industry and its associated regulations.

Using current software and technology Con-Serv Ltd is committed to providing cost effective, energy efficient solutions to all types of buildings. All engineers work to meet current legislation for energy efficiency, particularly the latest evolutions of Part L of the Building Regulations and the integration of renewable technologies.
